Refund Policy

Here, we ensure we provide the best of services to our esteemed clients; however, we understand that there might be instances when you are not fully satisfied with the work delivered. Keeping this in mind, we have articulated the following refund policy:

  1. Cancellation Before Work Commences:
    If you choose to cancel the order before we have assigned the task to a writer, you are eligible for a 100% refund, minus any transaction fees.
  2. Cancellation After Work Commences:
    If you cancel the order after a writer has commenced work but not finished, you are eligible for a partial refund. The partial refund will be calculated based on the proportion of the work completed at the time of cancellation.
  3. Unsatisfactory Quality of Work:
    In the rare scenario you are unsatisfied with the quality of work, we follow a strict audit policy. Upon a thorough review and if agreed by the quality team, we could refund up to 100% of the amount paid or rewrite the article without charging an additional fee.
  4. Late Delivery Refunds:
    If we fail to deliver the work within the agreed duration and do not receive an extension, a proportionate refund or a discount on future orders will be processed.

Do note that all refund requests must be communicated to our support team within a period of 15 days from the time the work is delivered. Any requests beyond this period will not be entertained.
